We are Making Thyme Kitchen. For the past 6 years, we've been providing fresh, healthy,
ready-to-cook entreés, sides, soups, salads and baked goods to households in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our customers care about the quality of food they eat, and they trust our kitchen to prepare high quality, clean, nutritious and tasty meals for them. We believe that clean, healthy, great tasting food should be available to everyone, no matter how busy.
How did we get interested in nursing cookies? Many of our customers are new parents, struggling to eat healthy and juggle work and a young family. A customer who is an RN and lactation consultant contacted us about lactation cookies and sent the recipe for oatmeal chocolate chip lactation cookies by Noel Trujillo (available online). We realized nursing cookies fit into our philosophy of providing convenient, high quality nutrition for everyone.
So we researched – what others are doing, what breast feeding moms need, what ingredients provide what nutrition, what roadblocks nursing moms face. We tested recipes to see how much quality nutrition we could pack into a cookie, and gave them to nursing moms to see what they thought – did they work, how did they taste, was a cookie an easy way to get quality nutrition? The response was overwhelmingly positive. Now we have four original recipes, and a new product line – milkeezCOOKIES.
We make milkeezCOOKIES with the same care and high quality ingredients that goes into all of our products. milkeezCOOKIES are a natural extension of what we've been doing for years.

You can bake your own cookies, just like you can make your own dinners. However, sometimes you don't have the time or energy to do it all - find the recipe, shop for the ingredients, mix it up, bake, clean up. You don't have to do everything yourself!
